“Health and Science Initiatives” LLC (HSI) declares and accepts the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s personal information. For this purpose, the current Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) specifies how confidential information is collected, used, transmitted to third parties and such other issues.

- General Provisions
- HSI follows a policy of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information received from each User and ensures a high level of protection of that information. This document, which is HSI’s Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), defines what HSI can access through its website and how HSI may use personal information obtained from Users.
- Personal information means the following:
– any information directly or indirectly related to or identified by an individual (citizen) (name, surname, patronymic, date and place of birth, address, marital status, academic degree, social and property status, education, occupation, place of work, position and other such information). - What personal User information is collected and how?

- To comply with any legal obligations (for example, tax, administrative obligations);
- For the creation of new products, events, services, offers and innovations by HSI and the provision of information about them;
- To provide the most relevant and personalized results, including advertising and suggestions, taking into account the search history obtained by HSI and other personal information of the User;
- Compliance with the requirements of applicable law, industry standards and HSI policies.
- HSI may use the User’s personal information in order to improve the quality of services provided to the User, as well as to make payments made through the Financial Partner in a better and more flexible manner.
- HSI may also use the information for other purposes, and those purposes will be added to this Policy specifically for the User when the information is collected.
- Emails you send to us cannot be valid unless there are other security precautions to be taken before transmitting the information. For this reason, please do not email us confidential information such as credit card numbers or account numbers and etc.

- Disclosure of Personal information to third parties and tracking information
- In order to analyze personal data, HSI may anonymize that information. HSI may share aggregated or anonymized information with the following third parties, as required by law:
– state authorities, own employees, IT companies providing technical support, HSI affiliated enterprises, technical consultants, specialists, lawyers (including attorneys), doctors, experts, companies providing services for the implementation of operations (IT, postal and other services), etc.;

HSI is not responsible for entering incorrect and/or incomplete information. User is responsible for any damages to HSI due to entering incorrect and/or incomplete information.
- Refusal to provide data and Deletion of Data
- The User reserves the right not to disclose his/her personal information on the website in any case. In this case, HSI is not able to fully ensure the use (including the ability to perform certain actions through the website) of the services provided by himself.
- According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On personal data”, User has the right to object to the collection and processing of information about him. User’s objection must be submitted to HSI in writing or online. Based on such a request, HSI deletes the personal information collected about the User and then excludes the guarantee of use of HSI’s services.
